As well as our weekly drop-in classes we also offer yoga to small groups and individuals on a one-to-one basis. So drop us an email with your requirements and we can tailor a session at a time and place to suit you.

Led by increasingly popular local super-star teacher Hannah Presence, “Get Flexible” is her own 2 hour workshop focusing on increasing flexibility throughout your body.
Your flexibility will be stimulated through yoga poses and complimentary disciplines including gymnastics, contortion and physiotherapy techniques. This is a fun, interactive and highly informative workshop opening with a 45 minute Yoga flexibility sequence to relax your nervous system and warm muscles before Hannah takes you deeper by facilitating specific techniques and partner stretches to access a wider range of mobility.
Closing with a sequence of PNF stretches to go a little deeper still if you’re ready. The workshop comes with a take home booklet and is suitable for anyone from those who have never done yoga before to more experienced yogis and Yoga teachers.

This year’s, much anticipated, AbaYoga retreat will held at a lovingly hand customised venue cut into the top of a mountain hamlet in southern Spain.
The charismatic owners, Anthony (UK) & Lidiya (Russia), have dedicated nearly two decades of their lives into making this the most tranquil, beautiful and comfortable Yoga venue I have travelled to anywhere in the world.
Our timing is set deliberately so that the kids are back at school and you can go to work on the Monday before taking just 4 days off work (plus the weekend) to minimise the impact on your work and your family life. Then come back feeling refreshed, revitalised and ready to take on the world!
Your yoga practice will be nourished every day with calming Yin & meditation and invigorating Vinyasa classes led by Chris Abay.
