Three Exciting Ways to Experience abaYoga, Online!
Practice is everything!
Whilst we love to welcome curious students into our studio to learn and practice Yoga with compassionate and inspiring teachers, we recognise that it is not always possible to come and partake in the physical practice at the studio. The current dreaded COVID 19 is currently one of those valid reasons.
So, with your needs in mind, we’ve created three separate ways for you to access and experience our very special and much loved flavour of Yoga online…
abaYoga On Demand
For only £7.49 / month, you’ll get full access to a curated, ever-expanding archive of abaYoga videos – covering every aspect of the practice, including: Vinyasa classes, Yin Classes, Breath Coaching, Yogic Philosophy AND ‘how to’ technique videos.
Zoom Classes (Live, Scheduled Yoga)
Whilst practicing “social distancing”, we’ll be streaming live with scheduled Yoga classes direct to your device, to help reduce stress and keep your body moving. You’ll feel the shared energy of doing the classes live, with both me, and with other online students.
It’s actually easier than you might think!
If you use Facebook, just ‘like’ our page – abaYoga UK – and you’ll get FREE access to live tutorials covering up-to-date topics like Meditation, Yoga Nidra for relaxation, and Breath Coaching for anxiety and stress release.
“Hi Chris, just wanted to say thank you for the fab yoga Zoom classes. It must be weird teaching like that but you’re doing a great job. The 12:15 ones are a really good time-fits in nicely with my life 🙂 enjoy this glorious weather and stay safe. Namaste 🙏”
“Am loving online practice & making good progress. My favourite sequence combination at the moment is the Soft Flow followed by the Popular Vinyasa Flow – which is much easier once you’ve stretched and opened up from the first sequence! Have also been doing your 5min core sequence every day.
Getting stronger but still can’t lift my top leg in a side plank. It will come 😊. With practice, I can now jump forward from a downward dog into forward fold and do a half moon (on one side only! Lol).”
“Thought I’d drop you a note just to say how much I’ve been enjoying the online yoga. The techniques section is really useful as it enables me to repeat a single move slowly over and over again until it comes naturally which then mean the sequences flow more smoothly.
