This 3 session intro course is designed to give you…

• Hang time in the Yoga Trapeze Rig
• Basic inversions
• Core strength drills
• Flying yoga poses
• Safety protocols

This three part, 3 week course will give you three 30 minute bites at the Aerial yoga practice building confidence and safety for you to then join our scheduled classes.
