AbaYoga Double Digit Detox Plan

Every month, running from the 10th to the 20th

It’s not like you don’t already know what healthy eating is all about, but sometimes it helps to do things together.

In this easy to follow detox plan, we’ll go on a collective journey to chop out some of the big bad B’s from your diet whilst taking one day at a time until we get to the magical 10 day (double digit) progress mark.

The Big Bad B’s:
Bread
Biscuits
Booze.

These will be replaced with an EXTRA pint of water every day and a green smoothie every lunch time. We’ll use the power of togetherness (and a supportive closed group Facebook page) to help us all along the way and each day I’ll add in extra food for thought, physical challenges and group connectivity to keep you from straying.

The daily program is facilitated by me every lunchtime at 1pm using a members only Facebook Live page which you can see live or watch on replay as soon as your schedule allows.

Program Contents:

Day 0. Preparations…. Introductions, shopping lists, ice breakers
Day 1. Welcome, 1st smoothies, movement goals
Day 2. Fun facts + personal shares on forum
Day 3. Mystery Physical Challenge: Legs strength builder + Motivation Mantra
Day 4. Tracker call #1, personal call from me to keep you motivated
Day 5. Recognising & mastering change
Day 6. Mystery Physical Challenge: Core strength builder + Motivation Mantra
Day 7. Mastering rest: Breathing relaxation technique + audio chill pill
Day 8. Tracker Call #2, personal call from me to keep you motivated
Day 9. Physical Challenge: Back strength builder + Motivation Mantra
Day 10. Aha moments & next steps….
