Our classes are 100% flexible, so if you can’t make it one week, it’s not a problem. And if you prefer the comfort and privacy of working out at home, we can arrange to come to you.

Our aim is to make yoga as inclusive, accessible and relaxed as possible. So you can reap the benefits of this detoxifying, energizing and toning exercise, no matter what age, experience-level, or ability you are.

Our Passion

When we returned from Sydney to South Croydon in 2016, we found that we had to drive for a least an hour to practice Yoga in the beautiful, challenging and playful style we had grown accustomed to in Asia-Pacific.

abaYoga became our vision; starting with one, before building several playful classes in community venues across the area, making our blend of Dynamic Flow and Restorative Yoga from across the world accessible to South Croydon and East Surrey.

We’re both deeply passionate about keeping the caring, community feel we have gently cultivated in the church halls and school sports halls of the South Croydon area. We’ll be opening our first studio in the coming months, and transferring this energy into a new-generation Yoga space focused on welcoming all kinds of curious minds.

Class Timetables

Our goal with our group classes is to refine beginners skills in a safe and fun environment, to give you the confidence needed to practice in larger studios.
 
Our Beginners Classes offer a gentle Dynamic Flow class covering the basics. Sixty minutes of you time, to relax and rebuild.
 
Our Intermediate Classes move you deeper into Dynamic Flow sequences, offering subtle balance challenges as your personal Yoga practice develops.
